AI Compliance Services (ComplyWithUs) is not a law firm. We are an independent assessment and coordination practice. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation, and no content on this website, in our reports, or in our tools should be understood as legal advice.

2. Nature of Our Services

Our services consist of:

  • Readiness assessments and gap analyses (EU AI Act, Digital Services Act, AI governance)
  • Risk classification support, AI inventories and use-case mapping
  • Policy readiness reviews and documentation support
  • Compliance evidence collection support
  • Vendor due diligence for AI providers
  • Coordination of, and referral to, external specialists

All assessment results, scores, reports and recommendations are informational. They reflect our structured review at a point in time and do not constitute a regulatory determination, certification, audit opinion or legal sign-off.

3. Your Responsibility

Responsibility for regulatory compliance remains at all times with your organisation. We do not assume regulatory liability on behalf of clients. Using our services does not transfer, reduce or insure against your obligations under the EU AI Act, the DSA, the GDPR or any other law.

4. Self-Assessment Tools

The free self-assessment tools on this website run entirely in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to us or stored. Their results are indicative screenings based on your own inputs. They are not a risk classification within the meaning of the EU AI Act, not a DSA obligations determination, and not a substitute for a professional assessment or legal review.

5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This website and its tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on informational content, tool outputs, or assessment reports. Engagement-specific terms, including any agreed liability provisions, are set out in individual service agreements.
